The following information relates to the variant of the Franz plan that can be used on the Internet.
Which personal data are saved?
In order to be able to carry out the timetable planning in a meaningful way, a few master data for teachers have to be created. Specifically, these are:
- Acronym of the teacher
- First name
- Last name
- Obligation (optional)
For the users who can carry out the planning of the schedule, a User ID is needed and saved with relation to the teacher. Further personal data is not required here either.
However, it is for the initial creation of a school required to provide an email address. To this address the initial password for the school administrator is sent. This email address will not be used for any other purpose.
The functionality for teachers accounting is optional. For this, the specification of the hourly obligation per teacher is necessary. The calculation is made each time you click the menu item for teachers allocation. The results won't saved but will be presented in the browser or the Excel view.
